After your initial contact, we will schedule an on-site meeting for our first conversation. During this discussion, we'll explore various options tailored to fit your budget and your property's specific needs. Our flexible pricing schemes ensure that we can accommodate both your financial constraints and your property's requirements effectively.
Review
After the initial consultation, we will create a tailored maintenance package for your consideration. We can offer different tiers (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) if required, including scope of works, monthly costs and the recommended frequency of visits. We are open to revisiting the proposed schedules until we find the perfect fit for your needs and preferences.
Maintenance
Once you are satisfied with the proposed schedule and costs, we will proceed to add your property to our maintenance system for the agreed-upon scheduled visits. Our team will be briefed on your property's specific requirements, the planned visits, and any obligations outlined, including site rules.
Working together
If you encounter any issues, whether it's related to ongoing maintenance or unexpected events like a fallen tree, you will be provided with direct contact information for our contracts manager. This will ensure a swift and efficient response to address your concerns promptly.
