Michael Pollock (Director Private Gardens)

Michael Pollock

Director, Private Gardens
Michael was educated at the Royal Belfast Academical Institution. He formed Beechill Landscapes in 1985, after serving a five year apprenticeship with Belfast Parks Department. Michael takes primary responsibility for the private gardens department and human resources.
Wilson Shaw (Director Commercial)

Wilson Shaw

Director, Commercial
Wilson joined the team in 2005 and became a director at Beechill Landscapes. He was Educated at the University of Greenwich where he attained a Ba Hons Diploma. With over 20 years experience in landscape design, Wilson heads the commercial landscaping department and Finance.
Phillip Newham (Contracts Manager Grounds Maintenance)

Phillip Newham

Contracts Manager, Grounds Maintenance
Phil has worked within the landscape industry for over 14 years covering a wide variety of works; including environmental improvement, green corridors, woodland walks and bee apiaries. Phil works closely with our grounds maintenance clientele and is constantly looking to build new client contractor relationships. Phil takes enormous pride with his team delivering consistently high levels of service and quality all over the province.

We take great pride in ongoing efforts to develop our skills and knowledge through constant training and management. Our commitment extends to investing in the development of our staff and upgrading of plant to keep Beechill at the forefront of what has become an extremely competitive industry.

We monitor quality control by conducting regular audits of our work, systems, and policies to ensure performance and safety are strictly adhered to. Every member of our team is CSR registered and extensively trained to complete all tasked they are asked to complete.

In our pursuit of constant improvement, we are affiliated with trade organizations such as SafeContractor, Constructionline, the Association of landscape contractors of Ireland and the British Association of Landscape Industries. These affiliations reflect our ongoing dedication to uphold the high-quality standards. As well as prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of everyone involved in our work which has led to ten all Ireland awards.
